Scorekeeper App Support

Start and score a game

From Home, choose New Game, then Team play or Singles. Enter names, choose balls per team, the winning score, and the first pallino team. Optional game details can be left blank. Tap Start game.

For each frame, select the frame-winning team and its points, then confirm Record Frame.

Pause and resume

Choose Resume Current Game to return to the working game. To deliberately save a game for later, select Exit, then Save and Exit. Find it under Incomplete Games and select Resume Game.

Exit Without Saving discards current progress. If you previously saved an incomplete copy, that copy remains, but changes since the last Save and Exit are discarded.

Correct a score

Tap Edit beside a frame, choose the corrected winner and points, then select Save Correction. Later totals and pallino assignments recalculate. If the correction means the winning target was reached earlier, later frames can be removed; review the confirmation carefully.

Restart Frame is available for the most recent frame only.

Finish and share

When a side reaches the target, select Confirm winner. Choose Save to History to keep the completed game, or Don't Save. Confirming the winner alone does not permanently save the game to History.

Use Share Score during play or Share Summary after completion or when reviewing a saved game. Your device's share sheet lets you select where to send it. The app does not automatically publish your scores.

Delete saved games

• Incomplete games: open Incomplete Games, choose Delete Saved Game, then confirm Delete Game.
• Completed games: open History, choose Delete for the game, then confirm Delete Game.
• All completed history: choose Delete All History, then confirm Delete All. Saved incomplete games are managed separately.

Game data is local to your device. We cannot restore deleted games from a Palazzo server. Avoid uninstalling the app or clearing its storage as a troubleshooting step if you want to retain your games.
