How to Reserve Your Event

To begin planning, provide the date, time, estimated guest count, and type of service requested.
A credit card is required to hold and confirm your reservation. In most cases, the card will not be charged; however, reservations are not guaranteed without a credit card on file and a confirmed reply after the agreement is sent.
An agreement will be sent for review. Replying “CONFIRMED” to the email or signing the agreement indicates you have reviewed and accepted the date, time, and terms listed in the agreement.
To guarantee your reservation, reply “CONFIRMED” within 24 hours of receiving the agreement email. No date is guaranteed without a “CONFIRMED” reply to events@palazzodibocce.com.
Menu selection and final guest count must be finalized no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
The final guest count generally cannot be reduced within 14 days of the event date unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Minimum spend and/or guest minimums may vary based on the date, time, and event location within the facility.
A 6% sales tax, 20% gratuity, and 8% setup fee will be added to all events.
Floating balloons and confetti are not permitted.

The Holiday Season

Holiday event dates from November through January can fill quickly, so early planning is recommended.

Palazzo may offer select Sunday availability during the holiday season. Contact the events department for current holiday availability.

Monday availability during December may be available for qualifying large groups.

Courtyard rental requires a minimum group size of 60 guests. The minimum holiday group size from November through January is 100 guests or more and may be subject to change.

Events and Large Group Offerings

Palazzo di Bocce offers a distinctive setting for events for groups up to 550 people. Each event is planned with attention to your group’s needs, service timing, food, atmosphere, and bocce experience.

With Italian food, beverage service, indoor bocce, and a comfortable event setting, Palazzo works well for social gatherings, corporate outings, fundraisers, and special celebrations.

All groups booked through the events department are payable by cash, charge card, or check only. Gift cards, coupons, or other discounts cannot be used on events.

Event Policies

No floating balloons. The fire system is sensitive to these gases.

No confetti.

Event food is sold for in-house consumption only and cannot be taken home.

Guests may bring celebration cakes or desserts with prior authorization. A per-person dessert service charge may apply.

Outside cakes or desserts must come from a facility licensed to sell food and cannot be made at home.

Exclusive Upscale Service

Private Meeting Room

For groups of up to 12 people maximum

Pricing starts at $100 per hour for room rental with a 3-hour minimum, in addition to anything else ordered.

Description

Available for meetings or private dining, the private room can be supported by the events team to help coordinate the details.

Capacity

With 14' × 16' of available space, the private room can accommodate up to 12 people for meetings.

Private room rental offers a wide selection of food, beverages, and entertainment options that may be customized to event needs.

Included Amenities

Wi-Fi and wired internet, a portable projector screen, or a 60" HD television with Apple AirPlay and other wireless projection options may be available at no charge.
